In the far extreme range of product definition, I have a series of work and experience supporting the inspiration, ideation, and visioning of various clients.

From manufacturing to home improvement to retail to government, I've led and co-led product visioning and ideation workshops & assets

I have been the primary lead user researcher on various engagements.

Using a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, in both web2 and web3, my work and influence has led to product roadmapping & definition, experience design & delivery, and investor pitch decks.

Assets created in this product area are future state journey maps, service design blueprints, user flows & stories, business requirements documentation, and others.

My key area of influence is transitional phases between traditional skill-sets/silos and bridging knowledge gaps with E2E definition and advisory.
